STS Enabled Request:-

• Search the user and check listing status through Gl-Admin http://gladmin.intermesh.net --> Manage User ---> Search by User).
• If listing status is NFL/NFL(M)/TFL/TFL(M) and having complete information & valid information then Approve to Freelist otherwise ask sales team to provide information or call client for the same.
• If status is disabled(email bounce) & valid email provided then update the same and freelist the company.
• If listing status is DNF & parent is active then ask sales to follow parent listing.
• If listing status is DNF & parent is also disabled then swap parent-child link & activate this account only.

Disabling Request:

• Call to client and confirm, Why he wants to delist his account & if client says that he is having any issues then resolve it and close ticket without disabling after confirmation.
• If client says he dont want any listing or company closed then disable.
• Inform the same to client.
• Close the concern.
