Primary Mobile No. Change

if Request mail received from client's present primary email id

Check if the new mobile is already in use in any other GLID
If Yes

If used in free GL ID

  • Take a voice confirmation from client's present primary mobile to change the mobile number
  • Also confirm that present mobile number to be added in alternate number or not?
  • Remove the mobile from present free GL and change the primary mobile in the Paid gl
  • If old mobile to be added as alternate mobile please do the needful
  • Publish the same
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied

If used in Paid GL ID

  • Inform client that required changes can not be done
  • IF client want to interchange the primary email id within the two paid GL ID then the same can be done
  • If no changes required then
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied

Check if the new mobile is already in use in any other GLID
If No

  • Take a voice confirmation from client's primary mobile to change the email id
  • Do the changes in through GL admin
  • Publish the same
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Check for other changes in catalog
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied

if Request received from other than primary email id

  • Either client should provide email from primary email id or
  • Request on letter head with company name and sign
