Delivered product is not up-to-the mark – quality, quantity or servicing issue:-

  • In most of "Routine Trade Disputes" [quality issue /service related issue] conflict team just inform defendant/supplier for the complaint received and request both to co-ordinate directly with each other as IndiaMART has no role to play in it and close the issue after ascertaining the validity of buyers claim from supplier.
  • In some rare cases if conflict team identify any suspicious or grey-shaded supplier (willful defaulter) with multiple quality or service related issues then we recommend to remove that supplier from IndiaMART
