Delay In Hosting:-

  • Check the amount tagged or not in STS history
  • If not, Co-ordinate with sales assignee to get it tagged at earliest.
  • If amount is tagged, Check the OVP status on STS history.
  • if OVP is Pending, Ask the reason from OVP team (ovp@indiamart.com) and get the OVP done at earliest.
  • If OVP is OK, Check the hosting progress and if there is a delay at production then get it done with the help of production team (Divya Kaura/Vikrant Chandra).
  • As soon Hosting is done, inform the same to client.
  • Close the concern.
