Contact Person Name Change

If TS Client

  • Request client for the related DOC
  • If doc Received
  • Send it to TS team and get the changes done by them
  • Once TS team confirm that changes done then
  • Get the changes done through GL admin
  • Get the Company name related changes in the Catalog
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied

If Non TS client

  • The request must be confirmed from Primary email id or voice recording call on the primary numberd
  • You can request for DOC if you decided
  • do the changes through gladmin and publish the samed
  • Confirm the total contact detailsd
  • Confirm with the clientd
  • Closeer if Client satisfied
