If TS Client
- Request client for the related DOC
- send it to TS team and get the changes done by tem
- Once TS team confirm that changes done then
- Get the changes done through GL admin
- Confirm the total contact details
- Check for other changes in catalog
- Check the query status and act accordingly
- Check the SE Status and do the actionable as per sts
- Confirm with the client
- Closeer if Client satisfied
If Non TS client
- The request must be confirmed from Primary email id or voice recording call on the primary number
- You can request for DOC if you decide
- do the changes through gladmin and publish the same
- Confirm the total contact details
- Confirm with the client
- Closeer if Client satisfied
