If TS Client

  • Request client for the related DOC
  • send it to TS team and get the changes done by tem
  • Once TS team confirm that changes done then
  • Get the changes done through GL admin
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Check for other changes in catalog
  • Check the query status and act accordingly
  • Check the SE Status and do the actionable as per sts
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied

If Non TS client

  • The request must be confirmed from Primary email id or voice recording call on the primary number
  • You can request for DOC if you decide
  • do the changes through gladmin and publish the same
  • Confirm the total contact details
  • Confirm with the client
  • Closeer if Client satisfied
