Additional Contact Deails
Step 1.Check if already the same is added in any contact details
- If Yes
inform client the same
Confirm the total contact details - If NO
Take the conatact details from the client.
do the changes through gladmin and publish the same
Step 2. confirm from client if the number to be mapped for PNS call
If YES
Educate client to change the same from MY:
- Go to http://seller.indiamart.com/ and enter the U/P.
- Select Setting icon Next to the business Feed tab
- In the drop down menu select My Preferred Number.
- Check/uncheck on the numbers and click on Save Changes.
If client is not able to do it by his own:
- Go to http://seller.indiamart.com/gladmin and login client My.
- Select Setting icon Next to the business Feed tab
- In the drop down menu select My Preferred Number.
- Check/uncheck on the numbers and click on Save Changes.

If NO
- Close the Case
